Frequently Asked Questions

  • AH provides social media branding. While we do not create full brand identities, we build cohesive brand visuals, outline brand pillars, define tone and aesthetic, and ensure your social presence feels elevated and consistent.

  • Professional photos are not required, but they are highly encouraged and play a key role in developing your brand identity. To achieve elevated visuals, professional imagery is recommended and should be prepared before our start date.

  • Not necessarily. Reels can be produced together quarterly, or if you’re filming from home, you’ll be guided on what to capture and how to shoot it confidently. So yes, you or your team will spend time filming, however AH handles ideation, provides exact shotlists and scripts, and completes all editing. Home footage is simply uploaded to a shared Google Drive.

  • Once onboarding and assets are complete, the first post goes live within 30 days. The process includes onboarding, strategy and design, content creation, approvals, and scheduling.

  • What makes AH different is the level of creative support and hands-on guidance provided to founders. Whether content is shot together quarterly or filmed solely, founders are coached through the process, given clear direction, and encouraged every step of the way — building confidence and consistency that scales.
